New 28-story, 110 unit condominium

The Grand on Grand is new construction of a 28 story high rise condominium building, containing 110 units within 230,000 square feet. First floor retail and 4 floors of indoor parking are provided below the 22 floors of condominiums. The structure is reinforced cast-in-place concrete setting on caissons. The exterior is architectural pre-cast concrete panels for the parking garage, and painted concrete with aluminum windows for the tower.
