New construction of 116 row-houses and six-flat multi-family buildings utilizing light-gauge steel framing & masonry exteriors. This is the first of several planned developments in one of the Chicago's under-developed areas, Grand Boulevard. Development by Bonheur Development Corp. with funding provided by FHA, CHA and City of Chicago Department of Housing.
