E-Port Riverwalk

Commercial renovation

The former 2.5 million square foot Montgomery Ward's catalog building along the Chicago River was converted to a mixed use project including retail, office, condominiums, and riverfront amenities including a marina, and river walk. The E-Port River walk included work on the retail and commercial portions of the E-Port building at the south end of the site, as well as work in connection with creating the river walk and marina.
