Renovation of 2 10-story buildings. 1920's vintage to create approximately 400 SRO units Complete rehabilitation of 1920's style vintage high-rise historic buildings located on the North Shore of Chicago. These buildings are registered with the U.S. Department of Interior. Along with the Belle Shore Apartments, the buildings contain 371 rental residential apartments.
