Renovation of existing 22 story 260 unit apartment building

One of the last Chicago buildings to be funded under US Department of Housing and Urban Development's LIHPRA Program, the building became a cooperative. Renovations consisted of major exterior concrete restoration, new state of the art aluminum windows and life-safety systems.
