Rehabilitation of a vintage 12 story building into 276 single room occupancy apartments. Once the home of the Midwest Athletic Club and containing a ballroom for dancing in the 1930's and 1940's, this adaptive reuse contains 276 SRO units and retains the grand ballroom.
